    Kung Fu is a martial art that began in China 5000 years ago. Established in 1981, Heng Yue Yen Long Kwon is a modern Chinese martial art, which involves the scientific use of the body, with spirit and skills, students are trained to be proactive and unflinching when facing challenges.

    HKFC Kung Fu class provides Dexterity Kung Fu Training, which contributes to the scientific use of force-speed, agility, balance, flexibility, accurate timing and target focus. We deliver a safe learning environment, engage students to build up self-confidence, sense of responsibility and readiness to take up challenges.

    For children and juniors:

    • Modern Chinese Martial Arts (scientific use of the body system is involved)

    For adults:

    • Self-defense Kung Fu (some techniques from Tai Chi are incorporated) 

    Train the skills, train the spirit! Face challenges positively!

    Class Schedule:

    17:00-18:15 (aged 4 or above)

    18:15-19:00 (aged 7 or above)

    19:00-19:30 (all adults)
