Job Opportunities

Guest Relations Officer

Department: Front Office

Responsibility:

Act as the primary point of contact at the Front Office, managing calls and email inquiries, interacting with members and guests to build rapport, and delivering attentive service
Assist members and guests with bookings, applications and payments
Assist to issue membership cards, temporary passes and guest permits
Collaborate closely with different Departments to fulfill member requests and resolve inquiries
Ensure members and guests adhere to Club bylaws
Promptly report emergency situations to superior

Requirements:

Holder of Degree / Advanced Diploma or above holder in Hospitality or related discipline
1-2 years of experience in customer service industry preferred
Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires
Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
Good command of English & Cantonese
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Shift working hours (No overnight shift required)
Fresh graduate will also be considered

Assistant Catering Sales Manager

Department: Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Handle and organize day-to-day sales activities
Develop and explore new business and build up an extensive network
Follows through major banquet functions as well as catering arrangement of sports tournaments
Prepare quotations and proposals for clients, negotiating event logistics directly with them
Works closely with various departments to always ensure smooth operation of function and the delivery of quality service
Follow up feedback of post function questionnaires and follow through with necessary actions
Optimize function space utilization to enhance revenue potential
Maintain positive relationship with event organizers and to drive business opportunities and referrals
Provide day-to-day support to the catering sales team
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements

Degree or above in hospitality/catering or related disciplines is preferred
Minimum 2-3 years’ solid experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in a similar position
Customer-oriented with a good telephone manner
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Knowledge of Banquet sales software “Delphi" is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Special skills: Delphi, Opera S&C
Self-motivated with pleasant personality, able to work independently and meticulous
Candidate with less experience may be considered for Senior Executive / Executive role

Catering Sales Coordinator

Department: Food and Beverage

Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily administrative responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales Team
Work closely with internal departments to meet customers’ satisfaction
Handling all incoming calls and correspondence enquires in regard to banquet matters
Manage internal sections bookings and maintain filing systems
Handle pre- and post-event administrative tasks, including but not limited to preparation of event agreement, event orders and floor plans
Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree or above in hospitality/catering or related disciplines is preferred
Minimum 1-2 years’ solid experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in a same position
Proficient in software applications, including Word, Excel, and database management
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Knowledge of Delphi System is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and independent

Steward Attendant 洗碗服務員

Job Responsibilities 職責：

Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the dishes in the kitchen of The Club 負責會所一般餐廳碗碟和廚房的衛生清潔。

Requirements 要求：

Club/ Hospitality or related duties is preferred 具會所/ 酒店工作經驗優先
Good command of spoken Chinese, fair English, and Putonghua 流利粵語，略懂英語和普通話

Housekeeping Attendant 公眾地方清潔員

職責 Job Specifications:

Responsible for cleanliness of the club venue, including changing room, on and off the pitch, lawns and swimming pools

具備至少 1 年相關工作經驗
At least 1 year‘s relevant experience

Waiter / Waitress

Department: Coffee Shop - Food and Beverage

Responsibilities:

To provide quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
To maintain the smooth operation of Coffee Shop
To maintain a high standard of Member interaction
To handle Members’ take away order form

Requirements:

Certificate / Diploma holder in F&B / Catering / Hospitality Management is preferred
Organized and motivated to see tasks through to completion
Friendly and cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of English and Cantonese
Previous Coffee Shop / Restaurant / Bar experience is preferred

Lifeguard

Department: Sports

Job Specifications:

Provide quality service to members and guest in our Swimming Pool
Comply with standard lifesaving procedures
Safely handle chemicals for the swimming pool to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Requirements:

Form 5 Standard or equivalent life saving training
Holder of valid Pool Lifeguard Award
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Pleasant, cheerful with good customer service skills
Good command of spoken English
