    Section Head (Restaurant and Bar)

    Department: Food and Beverage 

    Job Summary  :

    • Assist and support the Sous Chef in supervising all junior staff.
    • Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchen.
    • Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times.
    • Production of specialising requirements as required.

    Major duties and responsibilities  :

    • To assist Sous Chef in supervising junior staff to achieve the product quality standards required by the Club.
    • To ensure good liaison with peers and management.
    • To play a part in ensuring that your department operates efficiently and meets or exceeds member satisfaction.
    • To recommend improvements and changes to the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chefs.
    • To work towards achieving agreed objectives and targets.
    • To promote a helpful and professional image to the members.
    • To give full co-operation to any member requiring assistance, with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
    • To ensure members needs are anticipated to enhance service quality and thus, members satisfaction.
    • To ensure accurate and regular communication is taking place departmentally and interdepartmentally complying with the club policies in departmental meetings.
    • To ensure that company standards are adhered to and that all employees under your direction of control are trained to achieve standards required.
    • Supervise accurate preparation of products ensuring standards are maintained and developed.
    • Supervision and presentation of all work schedules for your area.

    Wine Captain - Food & Beverage

    Department: Food and Beverage 

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
    • Recommend the best and most suitable wine to the guest and deliver excellent wine food pairing
    • Act as wine ambassador to promote and drive beverage sale
    • Ability to multi-tasks and eyes for details
    • Works courteously and efficiently

    Requirements:

    • Graduate in Hotel & Catering Management
    • Minimum 3 years’ F&B operations experience in similar capacity
    • Excellent communication skills in both English & Cantonese
    • Holder of Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) will be an advantage
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Strong leadership with ability to motivate, train and supervise staff

    Senior Waiter/ Waitress/ Captain

    Department: Food & Beverage

    Job Specifications:

    • Providing quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
    • Able to set up of service area and equipment with necessary supplies
    • Able to multi-tasks and eyes for details
    • Works courteously and efficiently
    • Split Shift is required

    Job Requirements:

    • F.5 standard or certificate holder of F&B in IVE
    • Minimum of 3 years' food and beverage service experience in fine dining restaurant or similar outlets in hotels
    • Certification of previous training in liquor, wine preferably
    • Good communication skills in both English & Cantonese
    • Pleasant personality and customer oriented
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Waiter/ Waitress

    Host/ Hostess – Food & Beverage

    Department: Food & Beverage

    Job Description:

    • To meet and greet Members and Guests at the outlets
    • To answer the phone and take reservations
    • To maintain the smooth operation of the reception area of the outlets
    • To maintain a high standard of Member interaction, primarily on arrival and departure of Members to/ from the outlets
    • To handle Members’ take away order form

    Job Requirement:

    • Certificate/ Diploma holder in F&B/ Catering/ Hospitality Management is preferred

    Assistant Catering Sales Manager

    Department: F&B Office

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handle and organize day-to-day sales activities
    • Develop new business and build up an extensive network
    • Follows through major banquet functions, VIP functions as well as catering arrangement of sports tournaments 
    • Prepare proposal and follow up to clients under the event orders
    • Liaise with banquet service team and culinary team to ensure our service meet members and guests’ need and up to standard
    • Maximize function space utilization in order to maximize the potential revenue

    Requirements:

    • Degree or above in hospitality/catering or related disciplines is preferred
    • Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry in a similar position
    • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
    • Knowledge of Banquet sales software “Amadeus" or “Delphi" is a must
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Special skills: Amadeus, Opera S&C

    Lifeguard

    Department: Sports

    • Responsible for assisting the Infield Officers in overseeing the daily operations of the recreation and sports program to maximize the utilization of all infield facilities

    • Report any loss and damage of infield equipment in public areas to the sports department

    Front Office Receptionist

    Responsibility:

    • Greeting Members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
    • Managing the keys cabinet, lost and found of the Members and properties kept in the Front Office
    • Handling inquiries and answering telephone calls and taking messages
    • Assisting in the collection of outstanding accounts

    Requirements:

    Security Officer

    Job Description:

    • To identify Club members to enter the club premises
    • To perform patrols and ensure that security and order are being maintained in the Club premises

    Job Requirement:

    • Form 5 graduate or equivalent qualification
    • A minimum of 2 years' prior training and experience in security service
    • Able to speak fluent English and Cantonese and write simple English
    • Holder of valid security personnel permit

    Accounts Clerk (Accounts Receivable)

    Department: Accounts

    Responsibilities

    • Handle accounts receivable task including invoices input and handle payments received from members
    • Handles phone call and email enquiry on bills from members
    • Assist in daily operation and provide support on ad hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Form 6 or above with LCCI Certificates
    • Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or audit field
    • Proficient in PC skills including Excel and Word
    • Proactive and responsible
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

    Accountant

    Department: Accounts

    Responsibilities

    • Perform general accounting duties including financial accounting, management accounting and handle auditing matters
    • Handle full set of accounts include accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting procedures, month-end closing and monthly financial reports
    • Perform monthly financial closing on time and conduct financial review and reports
    • Participate in the preparation for annual budget and forecast; audit and taxation issues

    Requirements

    • Diploma holder or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferable in Club/hospitality industry
    • Solid experience in handling full set of accounts
    • A team player and detail-minded with good communication skills
    • Experience in using Aspen system is preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Words and Excel

    Senior Purchasing Officer

    Department: Purchasing

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform all the procurement functions in the Club such as Food, beverage, operating equipment etc.
    • Oversee the daily operations on Storerooms and goods receiving section.
    • To manage monthly stock take and update Inventory report 
    • To ensure Club policy and procedure to be complied
    • Liaise and negotiate with supplier / Contractor for the best price and terms
    • Supplier performance monitoring
    • Manage and maintain Purchasing system
    • Work closely with all end users 

    Requirements:

    • Diploma holder
    • 4-8 years food and beverage procurement experience in hospitality industry
    • Good price negotiation skills
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Procurement System.
    • Good team player, self-motivated, positive thinking and strong sense of responsibility
    • Experience in Goods Receiving, store operation is a plus point
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred

    Digital and Communications Officer

    Department: Digital and Communications

    Reports To: ​​Digital and Communications Manager

    The Digital and Communications Officer is an administrative role that supports the Digital and Communications Department in executing and monitoring communications strategies. This role involves tracking and reporting analytics on communications campaigns and coordinating promotional events. The role also involves monitoring press releases, company articles, and other related written materials for business promotion and visibility.

    Responsibilities

    • To be a successful Digital and Communications Officer, you should have extensive knowledge and ability to create communication materials such as newsletters, company notices, press releases and related promotional materials. This will involve several tasks and responsibilities:
      • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
      • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
      • Liaise with project stakeholders and partners to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
      • Oversee project procurement management, monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
      • Create, amend, and proofread a variety of different content to support communications efforts including newsletters, notices, magazine, brochures, and press releases
      • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
      • Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communication strategies and practices
    • Support development of new and renewed products, including print publications and digital platforms
    • Maintain Hong Kong Football Club’s style guide
    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • Diploma/ Degree in Project Management/ Communications field or related discipline
    • 1-2 years’ experience in a project management or communications role
    • Proven experience in handling website projects, design creation and publication
    • Knowledge of website CMS platforms, enewsletter software, and Google Analytics
    • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations
    • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, both written and oral, including having a professional and tactful demeanour
    • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple projects, determine priorities, and meet deadlines
    • Be team-oriented and also able to work on an independent basis
    • Immediate availability is preferred
