Dear Member,
I just wanted to remind you that we will be holding our AGM at 7pm on Thursday 5th November.
As a statutory meeting we are able to continue with this, but nonetheless will adopt a number of prudent measures to cope with social distancing.
The main thing you will notice is that we will set up the seating in groups of 10 which are then set apart from the next group of 10.
We will also institute a more robust queuing system on arrival that may involve a slightly longer time for you sign in and to gain entry.
In advance of the meeting, if you have any questions it would be appreciated if you could submit these to agmenquiries@hkfc.com.
This gives us the opportunity to either respond beforehand or have any relevant information available at the meeting. If you have not already had a look at the Annual Report then you can do so by clicking on this link.
Regretfully, in view of the current situation, we will be unable to provide any food and drink after the meeting this year.
