HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
I HAVE A TRADITIONAL OVEN
1. Pre Heat your oven to 160°c
2. Place your Chicken in a tray with a little water at the bottom and a splash of Olive Oil on top of the Chicken
3. Reheat for 10 minutes
4. Pour the gravy on top of the Chicken
I DON’T HAVE A TRADITIONAL OVEN
1. Cut the Chicken into quarters
2. Pour the gravy with a little butter into a frying pan
3. Pan Fry the Chicken on low heat for 5 minutes on 1 side
4. Turn the Chicken over and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes
*You can keep your Chicken for up to 2 days in the Fridge

Total bill will be charged in the month of PICK UP DATE (instead of the order date)
CANCELLATION
No cancellation allowed once your order has been placed
UNCOLLECTED ORDER
Uncollected orders will be charged at full (to be billed to your account on pick up date)
OTHER REMARKS
• Listed prices are for take away only and not to be consumed within the HKFC premises
• Order must be placed at least 1 Day prior to pick up date and time
