    Badminton Society Junior Development (Torq Sports International Limited Badminton Academy)

    Badminton Society has been working closely with the independent contractor (ICC) Torq Sports International Limited in the development of junior performance players. Head Coach and Director John Leung, an England ex-national (United Kingdom) junior performance coach has vast experience in nurturing junior talents. The collaboration includes developing specific pathway for potential performance level junior players and train them into becoming competent senior HKFC badminton squad.

    Torq badminton academy is currently attended by at least 25 junior players aged 9 to 18 years. These players are affiliated to Hong Kong youth junior(<11 years) team, district junior team, elite junior teamand 1 part-time and 1 full-time Hong Kong Junior National Teamplayers.
