Club Bowler Tony Cheung Nominated for Hong Kong Sports Stars Awards

HK Squad Veteran Tony Cheung is once again nominated by HKLBA for this year’s Cathay Pacific 2019 Hong Kong Sports Stars Awards, organized by the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China.
Tony’s nomination is well received by the local bowls community with his stellar performances at the 2019 World Bowls’ World Singles Champion of Champions by winning the silver medal for two consecutive years.
In total, 68 athletes and nine teams have been nominated from across a host of sports. Results will be announced at the awards' presentation ceremony and annual dinner of the Federation on March 24 at the Grand Hall of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
