    Chairwoman's Note

Well... this season certainly hasn't been going to plan for anyone. Just when we thought we we would be back in full swing post Chinese New Year, the corona virus has suspended all games indefinitely. So while the netball community of Hong Kong eagerly awaits further details about when (and if) we resume games, the coaches and players of HKFC Netball have been maintaining trainings on a Monday and Wednesday night.

Monday's have been more focused on game play, whilst Wednesday is fitness... and personally, I don't think we have ever been so sore. This last month has rivalled the pre-season in terms of fitness. I think the coaches are secretly enjoying putting us through our paces. We have also managed to get a few friendly matches in with HKCC to make sure we don't get too comfortable playing against our own. So with another month of the season down and no word on when games might resume, we will maintain the status quo and keep on trucking/training.
