Join us for the launch of our Mindset and Wellbeing Program being delivered in partnership with AMindset, designed to bring our diverse community together for valuable discussions and initiatives that transcend specific sports sections. Many members start their journey with us through a particular sport or society, participating in training sessions and events unique to their interests. However, we recognize the need to unite all members, regardless of age or ability.

This seminar series aims to support both parents and their children as they navigate societal pressures, manage expectations from school, home, and sports teams, and, most importantly, enjoy their lives and sports. Attendees will gain essential tools for stress management, fostering healthy relationships, building resilience, enhancing mental and emotional well-being, and strengthening our community.

There are currently three sessions available, each discussing a different area of mindset and wellbeing.
