The Hong Kong Football Club (HKFC) proudly hosted the Endowus Hong Kong Masters Squash Open 2025, a standout event on the WSF Masters Tours and one of only two such tournaments in Asia.
Endorsed by the Squash Association of Hong Kong, China (SAHKC), and the World Squash Federation (WSF), this prestigious competition attracted 120 players from 14 countries, including India, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Australia, Poland, Korea, France, Denmark, the USA, and Tanzania. Over four action-packed days, 271 fiercely contested matches showcased the skill, determination, and spirit of masters squash.
The tournament featured squash icons, including World Masters Games winner Joe Wong and World Masters Championship winner Peter Hill, whose performances elevated the event to new heights. Players competed across multiple age categories, delivering electrifying matches that kept spectators enthralled at HKFC’s world-class courts.

The prize-giving ceremony provided a fitting conclusion, with awards presented by distinguished figures: Vincent Yu, HKFC Squash Section Chairman; Heather Deayton, SAHKC Committee Member; Neil Roberts, HKFC Honorary Secretary; and Gregory Van, CEO of Endowus. Their presence underscored the event’s significance and the collaborative spirit behind its success.
WSF Representative Gary Irwin praised the tournament, stating, “The Endowus Hong Kong Masters Squash Open is a benchmark for masters events worldwide. HKFC’s exceptional organisation is a credit to the sport.” The event’s seamless execution was made possible by the dedication of the HKFC Squash Section, as well as volunteers and referees.
